Fusing what would typically be several different roles, Jackie takes a holistic view of the business, connecting every strand in a way that’s effective and distinctly MOF.
About
An agency pro, Jackie has worked in offices both big and small; boutique independent consultancies, ABL agencies, agencies that were doing CRM when all it meant was email and everything in between. At Matter Of Form, Jackie works across the entire business at every level, managing project resources, time and budget of course but ultimately ensuring everyone’s experience at the company is as positive and career-defining as possible.
To that end, in 2022 Jackie led the development and launch of MOF’s Employer Brand: Make Your Mark. A firm believer that a variety of people bring the broadest perspectives – especially when working in a niche like luxury – Jackie has a knack for recognising talent with a spark and then hiring them.
When not steering the ship, Jackie’s curled up with a good book. But nothing too taxing she says, it’s all about the easy reads these days.
