Matter Of Form Group becomes Living Wage Accredited
This means that every employee working for us will earn a real Living Wage.
The real Living Wage is higher than the government’s minimum, or National Living Wage, and is an independently calculated hourly rate of pay that is based on the actual cost of living. It is calculated each year and is announced by the Living Wage Foundation as part of Living Wage Week. It is currently £9.00 in the UK, with a higher rate of £10.55 for London, reflecting the higher costs of living in the capital. Basic fairness is at the heart of what the Living Wage campaign is trying to achieve and why great businesses and organisations choose to go further than the government minimum.
This commitment applies not only to directly employed staff but also to our third party contracted staff. Matter Of Form Group ensure that all third party contracted staff, such as our cleaner, are paid the real Living Wage.
We are proud of our commitment to the Living Wage and hope it highlights our dedication to encouraging a positive and good-hearted culture for the Matter Of Form team. We are comprised of 70 passionate strategists, producers, experience designers, content producers, engineers and changemakers from all over the world. In order to continue to attract and retain the best talent, the London Living Wage will represent our promise to be a fair employer. A fair day’s work deserves a fair day’s pay.
