MOF Insight Programme Returns: The Hunt for the Next Generation of Creatives

After the success of our first intake in March, we are delighted to announce the return of our MOF Insight Programme for Summer 2021.

Over the past year and a half, many ambitious individuals have been robbed of opportunities to experience working life and define their own path forward in what are critical and formative years of an individual's career. Usually, the summer holidays would tend to be a prime time to complete work experience and boost CVs - playing an incredibly important role in the future of our jobs economy. 

Our two-week intensive programme tailored for the next generation of creatives is a deep dive into the working world. We have a jam-packed schedule full of talks, workshops and networking opportunities running remotely from Monday 16th to Friday 27th August.

It has been wonderful to see many of our fantastic interns from our March intake progressing and landing full-time roles at agencies including Bow & Arrow, TwentyFirstCenturyBrand, Epoch Design and Gyro as a result of the programme.

“Entry-level strategy jobs are notoriously hard to break into. After finding out about MOF and the Strategy Internship as part of the MOF Insight Programme, I was really excited to get the opportunity to spend two weeks learning about strategy, brand positioning, reframing problems and actually taking ownership of a real life project. Gaining this relevant experience has armed me with so much to talk about in future job interviews. After the two week internship, I was offered a months contract as a Junior Strategist.
