The prestigious awards are presented to the best travel brands, software developers and digital agencies the Hospitality industry has to offer - celebrating groundbreaking new work across technology and digital.

We were also delighted to be shortlisted for Champions of Customer Experience (CX) and Design categories with our entry. We had a fantastic evening with the RCH team at the awards ceremony - celebrating in style until the early hours.

We are hugely proud to win this award for digital prowess in hospitality, especially with travel being one of the hardest-hit sectors during the Covid-19 pandemic. We have absolutely loved working with Red Carnation Hotels during this challenging time to help best represent them online when people were unable to experience their magic in person.

Award Win

Red Carnation Hotels, part of The Travel Corporation, has 20 hotels in its collection and a brand heritage stretching back 100 years. It has built a reputation for service excellence, dedicated staff and warm and generous hospitality.

RCH partnered with us to develop a revitalised digital experience that would accurately reflect the brand ethos and celebrate the uniqueness of each hotel, with optimised journeys to improve navigation and entries into the conversion funnel.

Prior to the digital transformation, RCH’s website didn’t reflect the distinctive story and founding spirit of RCH. The websites felt tired, ‘haughty’ and ‘stuffy’ which did not do the collection justice or place them in good stead with the competition.

We completely transformed RCH’s digital real estate, rebuilding and redesigning 20 websites to deliver an exciting and innovative rebrand for the organisation.

Everyone at RCH talks about the quality of its service being superior versus other hotels (and having been to Ashford Castle, we’d agree). The new site creates a point of difference by honouring the employees who make the guest experience so special - introducing these individuals throughout the content and online story.

Suzie Thompson, Vice President Commercial, commented on the partnership “Matter Of Form know how to bring a company's passion and purpose to life, whilst balancing short term objectives with the longer term customer-centric view. The MOF team are an inspiration in themselves, professional, dedicated and knowledgeable, whilst being fun, engaging, empathetic and honest. The new design encapsulated everything we wanted our brand to communicate through our website. It stands out from other hotel websites by focusing on our individual passions and purpose as a brand... It elegantly blends the physical and the digital by including thoughtful detail from the individual hotel designs into the digital design...”

Senior Account Director, Louise Earl, reflected on the win It has been an absolute pleasure to partner with the wonderful Red Carnation Hotels team over the past two years. From the weekly meetings in the RCH office, to the multiple zooms and evenings at The Chesterfield Mayfair, our partnership has gone from strength to strength and we’ve enjoyed every minute. I’m so proud of everything we have achieved together so far and look forward to more shared success for many years to come!”

We are delighted with the outcome of the rebrand and look forward to future engagements with RCH to continue to improve their online experience and technology.
