Campaign’s Best Places to Work celebrates employers who have proved they know what it takes to create environments where people love to come to work. Identifying and recognising these outstanding workplaces is a joint effort by Campaign and Workforce Research Group. The programme is open to all publicly or privately held organisations within the ad agency, adtech, media, and marketing industries.The thorough assessment is conducted by an independent specialist company, Best Companies Group. The two-part process surveys both the employer and the employees gathering comprehensive data for determining the strengths and opportunities of the participating companies.We’re a 65-person brand & experience design consultancy based in Shoreditch, working with exceptional clients all over the world. Commitment to our team's health and happiness is at the forefront of our vision for success.We’re proud to have over 16 nationalities, and a 53% female and 47% male gender split.There is a real bond and momentum in the MOF community, as illustrated by the enduring friendships and ridiculous adventures enjoyed by the team, whether it’s travelling through the bush with clients on safari in Botswana or escaping to virtual realities in Hackney. In 2021, we were also honoured to be one of The Telegraph’s Happiest Places to Work.We attract employees mainly through referrals, and freelancers often end up taking permanent residence with us. The overall winners of the four size-based categories – boutique, small, medium and large – will be announced at an awards ceremony on Weds 6th April.
