Today’ by hosting an exclusive breakfast for 40 leaders in the property and real estate industry at Fortnum & Mason. At Matter Of Form, we are fascinated by the multitude of shifts in how we live and work that will create significant opportunities for developers in upcoming years.‘Building Tomorrow. Today’looked to discuss the following drivers: urban-dwelling; younger, mobile workforce; lack of affordable housing; family dynamics; the sharing economy; untethered workforce; the wellness age; and the Fourth Industrial Revolution.The morning was incredibly insightful. The pair discussed how humans will continue to come closer, despite the common belief that people want to get away from busy city and urban lives. The cities that will thrive will have a network mindset to allow larger groups of people to connect and be together.
