In a newly created role focused on growing revenue across the organisations' different award winning agency brands.
In his new role, Fred will manage the development and delivery of the international group commercial strategy - working closely with the Board of Directors, to enhance the capabilities, propositions and engagement models across Matter Of Form’s portfolio of brands, scale their existing commercial functions and identify new growth opportunities.
He moves from Inviqa, a UK based digital transformation consultancy, where he was Head of Business and Technology Solutions.
Commenting on the appointment, Fred said: “I’m really excited to be joining such a talented team and an organisation that prides itself on putting its people and clients first. As an independent player that has grown organically over the last eight years, Matter Of Form has done extremely well to build up such a strong portfolio of clients and flourish in some tough trading environments.
