Juliet Watkin-Rees




From intern of all trades to Head of Marketing, Juliet is one of Matter Of Form’s longest-standing team members. With a meticulous balance of vision and voice of reason, Juliet leads her team in ensuring MOF’s content and marketing activities eternally push boundaries while simultaneously staying true to our spirit and front of mind for both existing clients and prospects. 




Juliet joined Matter Of Form straight out of university where she studied American History & Literature and interned at iris Worldwide in New York, Cool Blue Brand Communications and Publicis. From there, having experienced a wide range of specialisms from strategy and creative to account management and public relations, Juliet landed the MOF gig and the rest is history.


In her five-year tenure, Juliet has built and nurtured key partnerships with the likes of Walpole, Luxury Communications Council and The French Chamber of Great Britain alongside securing keynote speaking slots for MOF’s thought leaders. She also produces MOF’s What The Luxe podcast, booking guests, coordinating themes and discussion guides – she even hosted an episode with EA Games’ Global Strategy Lead.


Outside of marketing, Juliet heads up culture and team events, from gallery exhibitions, classes and sports to MOF’s seasonal parties – yes, they’re themed – as well as volunteering for charities like DigiRise, helping young people forge digital careers. Juliet’s creativity knows no bounds; her free time is split between drawing, writing, painting, concerts and theatre productions. Her favourites? Les Miserables and Hamilton.
