Thanos own a collection of remarkable hotels in Cyprus, including the Annabelle, the Almyra and the Anassa. With tens of restaurants, excursions and spa experiences (the Annassa is a proud winner of Conde Nast 'world’s best spa'), MOF were brought in to revitalise the brand, comms and digital ops, including a UX that needed to tie together a collection of complex back-office systems.

Key to every project is to understand the unique DNA of the business. We spend time with the founding family, learning about the history and heritage of the organisation. We conducted countless interviews with stakeholders across dining, sales, marketing, IT, property management and even housekeeping - it's amazing where you learn the most about the customer...
All this informed a unifying strategic platform, experience principles and content pillars. While the tech, search and UX teams got to work, MOF's creative department art directed a series of photoshoots on-site and re-shot video across the properties to create a fresh narrative - one that balanced premium luxury with an accessible style prospective guests could relate to.
There was a team of 15+ from MOF driving the programme of work forward. From creative art direction, through to the integration of complex tech platforms and content designed to convert and drive traffic, the scope demanded a real coming together of disciplines.
The scalable marketing, design and ops system has readied the business to scale, with management looking to replicate the infrastructure to new geographies as part of an exciting acquisition strategy.
